GUIDELINES

Schedule an appointment by calling 585-622-2536.

Please bring valid, government-issued photo ID and assigned documents to be notarized. The name printed on the ID must be an exact match for the signer's name. Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary in order to be valid (ORC Section 147).

Documents to be notarized must be in English.

​

Notaries cannot pre-date or post-date an action, prepare a legal document or give advice on legal matters.

​

We reserve the right to refuse notarizing documents for any legal reason.

​

Clients must bring their own witness(es), if needed.

CANCELLATION

​

Appointments canceled within one hour of scheduled appointment time will be billed for travel fees. 

​

NO SHOW

​

If you fail to show for your appointment, you automatically forfeit your appointment and payment. If you would like to reschedule, you will be required to include a non-refundable deposit in addition to the cost of the prints, to be paid in full.
